I found that my case has been approved as of Nov. 7.
I had checked the BCIS webpage at 5:30pm yesterday (Nov. 7) and it said my response for RFE received as usual. Later, when I visited the site again around 8pm, without no hope or expectation, I couldn't believe my eyes. The online message was updated as case approved! It looks like the page is being updated even after 5:00pm.... The following is the details of my case.
