Today my wife's and my I-485 got approved. Our son's case is pending.We contacted the Congresswomen Nita Lowey from NY regarding our case.She was very helpful.She told that a judgement of our case will be done within 30 days.Today is the 29th day.Also we had applied for 3rd EAD.Not sure what trigerred the approval.

Best of luck for all the pending people.Your turn is very near.Many thanks to Mr Rajeev Khanna for this superb site.

Congratulation on your approval.

It was nice to see your approval on the forum. Overall, It has been a very frustrating week. We do not know where USCIS stand on I-140 and I-485 processing. The processing dates is nothing but BS to all. 5 months have passed and USCIS is still working on Nov-2001, Dec-2001 and Jan-2002. One or two approvals from March-2002, April 2002 and June 2002 will not change the processing time of the USCIS.

Moreover, we do not know, if USCIS has any intentions or deviced any method to improve the processing time on I-140 and I-485.
