Receipt Date vs Notice Date question.

I talked to IIO this morning and she told me that they are processing May cases then I asked her if it was Receipt Date and she told that they use to processes cases are Receipt Date.

Is this is true?

I am also very close to yours. My RFE was on 13th Apr and replied on 23rd apr. But AVM says it received on 3rd May!. Lets wait and see.

Hi Silentvisitor,

I am also in the same boat - my case approved along with daughter(both after RFE - AD 5/6/02), but wife\'s not approved...probably because she didn\'t have RFE.

Anyway, if you hear/learn anything about how long it usually takes in these situations, please share the info. I will do the same.

Receipt Date vs Notice Date question

Hi Mokika,

Does it mean that instead of using receipt date, now they are using notice date? Thanks.
