RFE replied on 07/17/03. Lawyer invoked I-485A since I came on old visa (I-94) while entering in to US in ‘2000, while I was working in the new company.

re-FP on 07/16/03
I checked with FBI in August and they sent my fingerprints results to BCIS on 8/23/03.
On-line status changed on 8/24 regarding fingerprints.
On-line status changed on 9/11, approved.
Got passport stamped on 9/15 after 4 hours and 15 min. of wait (Bombay consulate experience was far better in the year ’98).

Yesterday, Updated RUPNET.

FBI asked me A# and I didn't have that with me. So, person asked me my last_name, First_name and Birth_date.

I filed I-485(Nebraska) Sep 2002 got my EAD Dec 2002.

Anyone knows approx. where Nebraska stands now?

What did you send as proof of current status? And what was your status when you replied to that RFE.

Actually, I came on previous employer's I-94 in '2000, even though I was working for current employer, that created all mess since at that time, old manager (current employer) did not give me notice of action for current H1 and I had to come back on old H1.
