Folks,

My online status read "approved" today.

Here are the details:
- RD Nov'01
- RFE April'25 (paystubs and the usual jazz).
- RFE recieved June'17
- Case approved June'27.

My FP was done in April and according to everyone I spoke, I should get a second notice and I was really worried about it. I guess that is not true.

Though no one knows the true logic behind the second FP notice is but logic explains if the first one was not correct (or doubtful) then they issue the next one. But who knows.

All Oct, Nov and Dec '01 filers.....guys hang in there your time is near.

A second FP is issued if your FP expire and your case is not assigned to an officer. If it is assigned and your FP expire then you do not get a notice. The system generates the second FP for cases still in que and not assigned.

Congratulations! BTW - FP are valid for 15 months - another month and you would have probably gotten the FP notice
