Checked on line and the got he approval message for both my wife and my self.

I was a silent visitor to the forum.

Details are as follows:

Changed Job AUG 2002 and my lawyer sent the AC21 end of October.

RFE: Late Feb (I dont remember the exact date)
RFE received by INS 4/8/2003
Approval date 5/1/2003

Its worth the wait guys. Hang in there and your turn is right around the corner.

did you have to change address or move from one state to another when you changed jobs.
Looks like AC21 still holds true because many people who changed jobs got through easily.

yourself in this forum for the sake of Posting the approval info.
I saw some people posting bad comments on others who have not registered before or who have not posted before. I strongly oppose such comments. We should respect individual styles and individual constraints. Infact it is good that everybody is not posting here daily. Too many cooks spoil the broth.

Can you please post some details about how your lawyer tackeled the AC21 while informing the BCIS? Is your new job title and old one are same ? Is your skillset mentioned in LC and the current skillset same ? What about salary difference ?

I moved from MASS to NJ and did address change as well as AC21.

My job title is different from what it was earlier and so is the salary. However my lawyer basically made the letter showing skill set required is same and asked HR to sign. However the job requirements were extension of the old job.
