Just got the approved letter from INS. The following are my info:

1st RFE:11/15/2002
2nd RFE:12/31/2002
AD: 03/31/2003

It is been a long long wait and during the course (after the 4xx days processing time described on I-485), I start contacting my Senator to handle my case around late last year. Finally, the case start kicking since last year. And here it is. ^^

I wish everybody that the wait will be ended soon.

Hi,

My guessing is that the lost my case. Even though I kept contacting NSC before the default 4XX days constantly, NSC always reply it is pending. It is after 4XX days, they are willing to take a look about what it going on. In my first RFE, they requested all the documents again. So......I guess I am the unlucky-one.

My suggestion is that if anyone finds your case is out of ordinary, contact your Senator as soon as possible.
