My I-485 has been approved on Sept-20,2002
I got the notice yesterday.

My PD: 04/2001
RD:04/03/2002
ND:04/03/2002
FP:05/10/2002
FP received by INS on 05/20/2002
I am having EAD and AP

Approval Date : 09/20/2002

Looks like finger printing is the main thing in TSC.Once that is done it is taking 4 month from that point to get approval.

Filed through company lawyer.

But they didn't represent me.They just verified my papers and filed it.They didn't fill G-28 form to represent me.

This is very encouraging to hear that FP came in for you after a little over a month from ND.

Questions:

1. Do you work for a major US corporation?
2. Did you hire a well known lawyer?
3. Basically please share your secret with the rest of us?

I am not working for a major US corporation. I doesn't have a lawyer for my I-485. I don't have any secret on my case.Just a randomness of TSC processing i got through

freakin TSC

This is the most unfair organization of the country that claims fairness,.. people are waiting for years to hear about FP,
and some people are getting their approvals in just a few months,
nothing can be more frustratin to individuals than this behaviour of TSC, call me jealous.

But I am sure everybody in this boat feels the pain, as I do
I have no regrets that I express my feelings here.
