Yesterday I checked my AVM it says my case has been approved

Here are my details
PD November 1998
ND September 2000
FP February 2001
RFE in May 2002
2nd FP June 17 2002
Aproved on August 7 2003.

The AVM of my wife has not been changed.

I guess your petition took longer than the time medical exam is valid looking to your case info...could you please tell me if you had done your medical exam when you filed for I485 or you received an RFE for the same? I am asking this because I did not do my medical when I filed I485 and the RFE that I received was for BC and medical exam was not mentioned in it? could you please give me your input based on your experience whether this is going to delay my case as I believe they are processing right now 7/2001 case and my RD 6/13/01 and ND 7/31/01...where as on FP notice both my RD and ND was 6/13/01.

Please advise.

I filed my I485 in July 2000 and I did my medicals at the end of June 2000. I thought I would be getting an 2nd RFE for my medical because I thought the validity of medicals is around 16 months. Even my lawyer said that there is a little chance of getting an RFE for that. I hope this answers ur question. My wife case is still not approved. We are not much worried because I am the primary applicant .
 
Did you do FP a 2nd time

Hi 2000august:
Did you have to do your FP a 2nd time, if so how long after the FP did you get RFE or approval.

I My ND/RD is Dec 2000 and I just gave my FP a second time. and was told by an IIO that mycase is with an examiner.
