My wife's and my case has been approved. It took 2 yrs and 2 days and if the 140 delay hadn't occured, it would have been even faster.

No RFE. Never called up IIO. Checked AVM almost everyday in July.

Congratulations! BTW,

Could you check your EAC# and ND? They don't tally. Your ND is in October, which falls under fiscal year 2002 however your EAC number reflects 01.
 
You are right....

The ND is 09/25/2001. My EAD was approved on 10/25/2001.
