unem, you will certainly get a RFE for BC. Get affidavits right away!.

Here, sending it like that has more failure rate of reaching your
file than success rate.
Also, you are close to approval date now, I suggest you wait for
few more weeks. If you gte RFE, send it then.
I saw about 98% of folks who had a minor defects the BC got
RFEs for that. That\'s why I said, you will get certainly
get RFE for your BC issue.

I have simillar situation. We got BC recently one from Municipal corp. and one from gram panchayat. Could somebody tell me from whom I should get affidevit (parent or uncle)and where can I get the format of it. Should it be on the stamp paper and be notorized. Thanks in advance.
