Got delayed becos I never got FP notice, though INS records show that they sent it.They finally resent on July 2001 with a Feb 2000 date on it.
RFE Nov 1st for Paystubs and Employment letter.
Rfe responded on Nov 27

CONGRATS

Congrats sanyp. hope u rememebr me. I also had the same problem like you. Lost FP first time, managed to get it second time. After FP done so far no news. Any advice from your experience? Did you do anything specil for getting the approval?My date is 9/00.

Yes uday I remember you. When did you do your FP. It took approx. 3 months after the FP for the IIO to pick up my case and send me an RFE. So don\'t loose hope you will ge it.

My friend also did not hear anything from the INS for a long time after his FP approx 8 months but he got approved 2 days before me. His was a regular FP case but got stuck up for some reason. Some times ins request extra info on your FP (atleast this is what I heard) this delays the case too.
