Talked to IIO twice on 09/27/01 for RFE reason, on 10/31/01 for status of the case. Where the IIO has informed that it will take 30 to 60 days.
Checked AVM on 11/08/01 at 10p.m Pacific time. There was no change. Checked again on Friday 11/09/01 at 5p.m Pacific time and found the change in message.

Did the RFE ask you for I-797?

Mine asked so and asked for all I-20s.

I only found a bunch of I797A/c for my H visa. Thanks
