My case was also approved today, just 6 days after RFE receipt. Looks like VSC is speeding up.......

ND: dec 18th

RFE:eek:ct 17th
(for emp letter & 3 pay stubs)

RFE replied: 31st oct
AVM updated for RFE: 1st nov

waiting now....

recd RFE for me and my wife on 28th Oct, the RFE is for I 683 supplement or whatever, when we went for the medical examination last year, the stupid Dr. did not give us any shots and he was not aware of such procedure, Idiot fellow, responded RFE reply to my attorney yesterday and hopefully they should reply it some time next week.
 
my RFE was just Medical report - one check box was NOT marked..

by doctor. I literally shouted at them..anyway thats all .
