Did you hear ur spouse 485 approval from INS (Primary Approved)
On Oct 7, INS sent an RFE for my husband (Bio graphical Info, Empl letter, prospects for continuing in the employment)
Yes, He has filed dependent on me though he has his H1. Both filed together ND Jul 12 00, Mine got apporved, We repplied RFE, INS received on OCt 23, still waiting from INS, AVM says RFE received on Oct 23, it will takes 365 to 540 days etc.,,
I have no idea how long it will take. Any news about ur husband\'s approval ?
Could any one let me know how long they will take to approve RFEs after they receive it ?

Yes, Spouse filed as a dependent though he has his H1. Both filed together ND Jul 12 00, Primary got apporved on Aug 15 01 without any RFE, We repplied RFE for spouse , INS received on OCt 23, still waiting from INS, AVM says RFE received on Oct 23, it will takes 365 to 540 days etc.,, I have no idea how long it will take.
