Approved!!!!!

I think you can advise me well abt how to followup things….as part of our regular checks/followups/LUD before getting GC.

Please explain
 
The first ND was when I initially filed my 485 in dec 2004 (I-485 Filed ND:01/20/2005 ).

Then on 03/07 I got a mail from USCIS stating that they moved my case from VSC to TSC.
(I-485 Filed ND:03/07/20070) They issued a new ND for the same.
The NOID is for incomplete I693 medical form (without TB skin test).I then sent a new 693 form.
Check the signature for the NOID dates and followup with LUDs.

Did you redo the medical check-up or just sent in the skin test results?
 
Original medical was done in dec 2004 when I was in Denver where the doctor didn't do the TB skin test. After I received the NOID, I checked with that doctors office. They asked me to take only the TB skin test here in Columbus, OH and fax the TB skin test result to them. They prepared a new I693 form and mailed it back to me, which I mailed back to USCIS.
 
Thanks Selvaraj - I recently got the same request. My 693 is incomplete because my doctor didnt do the skin test. I am now preparing to send back the RFE response with just the skin test results. Didnt know if I should redo the entire medical.
 
Congratulations !!!! I also sent my medical RFE response (TB skin test) and last LUD is 8/24 but nothing after that. Would you mind rubbing some good luck to me 2 ;)

whats the TB skin test. I have taken TB shot and Xrays for TB. is the xray the same as skin test? Is TB skin test something new?
 
I did n't get any FP after the first one i did along with my 485. Is there is issue, how to request for FP. any idea?
