Hello All,
Finally got "Approval notice sent" (8:30 pm) emails and then within few hours "Card production ordered" (exact 12:00 am)emails for me and my wife , this was last night (8:30 pm EST , Aug 21. Was literally shaking after receiving the emails. I have not slept whole night.
Company troubled me a lot and so did the lawyer. They did not send the applications (I-140 and I -485) for 4 months .
Thanks for all the support . I just pray all get approval soon.

PD of first labor - Apr 2002 - never heard then applied again
PD of second labor: Feb 2004
EB3, India - I 140 - AD - Nov 2004
For me and my wife :
FP1 - Apr 2005
FP2 - May 10 2007
I-485 - RD - OCT 2004 ,LUD - March 17 2007 (for xfer to TSC ) , Aug 9 2007 message change to pending to the center it was transferred,
Aprroval Date- 21 Aug 2007
