I just checked the AVM today and my case (including my wife\'s)
was approved on July 3rd. Here are my details.

EB2 India
PD - Jan, 99
RD/ND - Jan, 00
I-485 for spouse - Jun, 00
FP for spouse - Nov, 00 (before mine)
FP for me - Mar, 01
RFE issued - Apr 30, 01
(earnings statements for 2 years, employment letter)
RFE responded - May 29, 01
RFE received as per AVM - May 31, 01
AD (inclucing wife) - Jul 3, 01

I have been a passive observer of this group for the past
four months and found the information posted here very

How did you manage earning statement for two years? Did you keep all your pay stubs ? Or it was some other way you showed your earnings.

My company sent the W-2 for the past 2 years and also
pay stubs for the last 6 months (just additional info
though pay stubs were not explicitly requested).

When you filled your spouse\'s I-485 (which was later than yours), did you ask INS to link your spouse\'s case to yours, or INS did it automatically?
