Just got notified by my lawyer my family got approved.
PD 1/97, ND 9/10/1999 FP 3/7/01.
Called IIO friday (6/29) and was told wait 2 more weeks. AVM still not updated.
The delay in obtaining the approval was I had 2 I-140\'s and was asked to withdraw one by INS. When called INS last month, I was told my case will be on shelf till June 13th 2001. Don\'t know why?!. Calling IIO made no sense as they don\'t know any more than we do.

EB2 PD 1/97, FP 3/7/01, AD 6/27/01

As I worte earlier, called IIO on 6/29 and was told that it will take 2 more weeks for a decision. Looks like IIO didn\'t even look @ my file.

Do you really think that there is delay because you had 2 I-140s? I am little bit worried since I also have 2 I-140s one approved under EB3 and the other under EB2.

If u have 2 I-140\'s from the same company, u r okay. If its from different companies, one needs to be with drawn. Talk to your lawyer.
