Today my 485 message changed to say

we mailed you a notice that we had registered this
customer's new permanent resident status.

I have been following this site from day one. My I-140 had been stuck in a security check since dec 2004. I upgraded to pp last week and I guess that triggered my approval.

* your PD(Priority Date)

* Country(India/ROW)

See my Signature for details. I guess mine is an odd case since my I-140 was stuck in security so I am not sure whether we can use my case to see a trend.

Physical Green card - Update

I received my card on 06/09/2007. It takes around three to four days for the green card to come after the approval.

Thanks once again to the members and moderators of the forum for all the support. Also many thanks to Rajiv Khanna for the fantastic forum.

Did you get online status update that physical card has been mailed? My online status changed to "card production ordered" on June 5 and I got welcome notice on Jun 8th. The status still shows that card production ordered. Does INS/USCIS change the online status before mailing the physical green card?

After the card ordered message, it went back to the original message saying that a notice has been mailed adjusting the status of the new permanent resident.You should be getting your card today or tommorow.

I did not get email for "Welcome Message" but I got email for "Card Production Ordered". I assume, it depends whether the INS officer decides to notify the user or change the online status. Or it might be, all the status has changed at the same time and INS system might be displaying the latest one. As I am in California, the mail communication takes about 3 or 4 days from NSC as compared to CSC takes only 1 or 2 days. This is not a big deal as long as the application processed in the order.

What is your communication address?

yes. Read other articles posted with the similar messages and who got the cards in hand with that messages.
By the way, what is your labor PD, 485 RD, any LUDs before you got this final LUD?
