Hi,

My case has been approved on May 23rd. My details are
PD : March 97
RD : March 29 2000
ND : March 31 2000
FP : March 31 2001
AD : May 23 2001
Category : EB2 India
Local Zone : Philadelphia

No RFE or queries.

But some how INS Veromont have a wrong house number in the mailing adress just for my wife. I spoke to IIO this afternoon and corrected the mailing address.

Also I have asked about the condtions for changing the empoyer and told him that there is a general understaing that it will be good to continue with the current employer for six months

he replied that one can change the employer right on the appoval date without a second thought and said not to listen to others.

He is very friendly and respective.

I am very much in joy to get this appoval after 9 yrs.

I also had my passort stamped in Philadelphia office with the courtesy copy only. They took back my EAD, Advanced Parole and I-94.

Hi Suresh P,

Congrats ! I was also approved the same day. I waited until I got my passport stamped (one day) but there is no problem in switching job as soon as you get the approval and you are willing to make the move.

Congrats, SureshP. Its nice to hear of folks from Philly getting approved. I live in Philly too, and hope to get my case approved soon.
