Have yr case got transferred any time in the past, from one center/field to another?

Did you get any RFE etc ? Were you with the same employer throughout?

Thanks you guys! Actually I switched two employers in the process and was pretty comfortable with the idea of ac21. No rfes on the case.

So i guess you didnt apply for AC21 ??

so u were waiting all this time because ur namecheck was pending? if so how u got it cleared? did u write letters to senators or someone? did anybody help?

I did, I meant to say, I was ok with the idea of ac21, so went ahead and switched jobs twice. All i did was send evls from the new employers.

No, didnt do anything. Would email the fbi address, they stopped responding to emails, thats that.

and why u didn't contact sneators or somebody to clear ur namecheck? why u decided to wait that long and u didn't try to make things faster?
