Was the proactive I-140 approved before I-485 approval or they don\'t care proactive I-140s ? Thanks in advance.

Congrats rima !! Did the company name changed after filing I-485 or before I-485 ?
bascially, your I-140 and I-485 had the same company name or different.

No, the I-140 was not approved
I dont think the 485 dept knew about the I-140 amendment application.
I guess I got lucky.
