Hello Friends, I just checked the messege and heard that my case had been approved on 4/12. My husbands also.
I485 nd=1/27/2000. country other,(EAC 000855xxxx)I was RFEd for an updated employment letter and last 2 months pay stubs around 3/19/2001 and replied on 3/23.
Did not check the message after that until this morning.
Thank you all for keeping each other updated during this agonizing time. Special thanks to myladoor for his great work. Myladoor, could you please update my info in your site? It is also under the name DSJ.

Passports stamped yesterday (5/2) at Newark.
We went in at 8:50 and were out by 11:30.
Couple of things, they did not ask us for the employment authorizations or advanced paroles. Also, my passport is expiring in august, so the IIO only stamped mine till the expiry date on my
passport, since the passport stamp for the greencard is only valid as long as the passport is valid. The IIO said that I can get a new stamp for the remaining period when I get a new passport, and I can come any day except wednesday.

Hi!

   For Newark do you need original Approval notice
   or even a courtesy copy is accepted .

   I believe we have to take 2 photos too , is that correct ?

We took the original notice, and do not know if they will accept the courtesy copy. Yes, you do have to take 2 photos. (We took ours from MOTOPHOTO). They made some people go and get new pictures because some hair was covering the persons ears. (There are picture takers close by the INS office I guess, because they came back pretty quickly with new photos.)
