Received the approval email today, now if only my husband's name check could clear!!
Here are my details:
EB2 (NIW) World-wide
140/485/765/130 RD: 12/7/05
140 AD: 12/22/05
765 AD: 12/20/05
130 AD: 1/17/05
FP Code 3: 3/9/06
FP cleared 3/9/06
Name check cleared 4/17/06
485 AD: 6/14/06 :D

congratulations gopherhound...hopefully ur husband will get approved soon as well.
could you please let us know if the I485 status message changed any time between the FPing and the approval and the LUDs as well.
and also, how did u know that the name check was cleared on 4/17....was it through a status change?and what did it say?

I had no LUD from 1/4 (response to RFE: birth certificate) until yesterday when there was a LUD and then message change today.
I found out my name check using the POJ trick to contact TSC directly. You may have to try a few times until you get someone helpful there.

i have a question, your said FP (code 3 ) cleared on 3/9/06 and name check cleared on 4/17.
are these 2 differenet processes?? i had my FP(code 3) done on 5/18 and i called FBI to inquire and they told me FP were send back to INS same day.

if ur name check is pending then how do u find out??

if u could please clearify that

Name check and fingerprint are two different things. I found out my name check was cleared by calling TSC directly. My husband's fingerprints also cleared 3/9 but his name check is unfortunately still pending. I see you are NSC. Did you get transferred to TSC? If so call them using the POJ trick which you will find through a forum search.
 
no i did not get transfered to TSC , i see status online, which says " we will mail u decision as processing is complete.
 
Thanks all for your support. I will be checking in regularly since my Husband is cursed with "name check pending" status!

I received my card today. Seems very quick and I did not receive a card mailed notification.

Good luck to all still pending.
