We had our interview today. The officer was really nice. All of the questions were related to our marriage. We were married two months before we applied so I guess they wanted to make sure our marriage was legitimate!

Best of luck to everyone. It is a great feeling to be done after 4 years of wait! It is worth it :D

Mr. Green:
Congratulations!! I was just wondering how was your interview! I received my card one week after I got the approval notice. You should get yours soon!
Enjoy Seattle's rain / thunder / snow today! :p

Thank you all for your kind words. I hope you will have your turn soon :)

WorryForGC: No they did not stamp our passports. They only stamped our applications with an "Approved" stamp. Our online message didn't get updated. We were told we should receive our cards with 2 months. I'm hoping we will receive them sooner.

Sea98121: Thanks man. I love Seattle, so no complaints here :D

Buzzhd: Nothing to report on the name check. I was actually pleasently surprised when the officer told me that we were all done. Like I said in an earlier thread, when I emailed the Seattle local office more than a month ago, they told me that they havn't received the results of my security checks. It's either that the person who replied to me didn't know what he is talking about, or the results were received last month.

I wish all the best of luck. It is all worth it at the end!

Congrats !!!!
Did anybody from USCIS say to u that your spouse has NC completed and she doesn`t need another one FP code 3. As far as I know, they don`t approve any case with FP expired, independent of NC cleared or not.
U guys have visas available, indians from 2000- EB3 and already interviewed. Your GC is in the envelope.

Congrats Mr.Green!

I see that my (and spouse) and your 485 were filed at the same time at NSC. Mine was Aug 15th 2005. We completed code 3 bio and name check were cleared. Spouse 485 got RFE and we responded. There were 2 consequtive LUDs (yesterday and today) on her 485 but nothing happened to my 485 (primary). Hoping that we will receive the approvals together very soon.
