Hi,
I got this email yesterday after the status couldn't be found for 2 days.


The following is the latest information on your case status

Receipt Number: LIN0109******

Application Type: I485 , Application to Register Permanent Residence or
to Adjust Status

Current Status:

This case has been approved. On February 3, 2006, an approval notice
was mailed. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this notice,
you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address,
please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283.

I really want to thank to all who participate and support this forum, especially the moderator, wantmygcnow (opinion: you should change your nick name into "wantmyuscnow" :D ). This forum had helped me through all the waiting, (and it still will in the future).


:eek: And sorry for never participated (because I know little about immigration law..... :( ).

Also I want to say "Don't give up" to all who are still waiting, especially to all with ND 2000 and 2001 and cody2 and atique rahman because I know the feeling of waiting while other who applied later got approved. I will always pray for soon approval to all.

So thanks again for this forum, and I wish the best for all of asylees.

Congrats ! Especially for our "old timer" ( Kidding ! )...

Did your dependant also get approved ? from TSC ?

I don't have any dependant but I helped my brother-in-law applying I485. His Nd is 8/01 and he got approved on October last year. I was upset, but there was nothing I can do. I turned into this forum to get more information. Sometime I feel frustrated if I see people with ND later than mine got approved. However i also feel bad for people with Nd earlier who still waiting.
Therefore I wish the best for all who are waiting.
