But my problem is that my status never change from 09/28/2005, and I don't know if they received my documents..(medical and G325)...and she took like a month to resolved her case.

thanks

This is really a great news for TSC transferees ! Warmest congratulations to you and your ex ! She ihas the latest approval !

Did TSC ever show they received your ex-wife's RFI after she submitted ?
Did she submit a new medical or just made a statement that she already submitted with original 485 ?
Did she attach a copy of the RFI notice when submit back to TSC ?

GrassRoot,

We had the process in NSC, on sept 10 we received a letter that the case was transfered to TSC. On sept 23 and 24 we received BIO code 3 and RFI. We send all documents to TSC, (because the letter was sent from there). She submit a new medcial, and she never attach a copy letter of the TSC. We only snet the documents they requested.

Thanks
