There is a radio station in SF; 107.7 THE BONE, "Clasic Rock that Rocks" so who ever is from San Francisco will know what I mean. I cannot tell you why your case was transfered from Lincoln NE to TCS (I assume Texas Service Center in Mesquite, correct me please if I'm wrong).
It can be anything as simple as quality control, so you might be randomly picked up for an interwiev. Don't worry too much, I think you will get approved soon. Also, don't worry about LUD, check and compare my timeline.

I check e-mail before I go to bed, and always feel like it's pointless to check it in the morning again...but I guess not! At least more hope every 12 hrs

Trust me, I know the feeling. Lately I was checking my online status 3-4 times a day same with the e-mail. Good thing is; FBI can process FP's and return results to the LIN, and approval notice can be delivered to a customer in a single month. So keep your hope up, you'll get there. Have you had your BIO captured yet (code 2)? :) :) :)

Yes, I had BIO done back in APril or something like that. They processed your FPs so fast! They never even updated my LUD when I got fingerprinted. What a nightmare. Your approval gave me hope, though, I gotta say. With all the speculations about an audit going on etc, I really thought I would not see approval for a long time...

My LUD wasn't updated at all since 08-03-05, a day after my bio was done, until 10-17-05. For some reason they don't do LUD update after FP (code 1), not before they get results back from FBI.

Hi Bone,

They didn't ask for any additional evidence from you before the approval? Just like they ask some of the folks on this board for RFE and stuff. I wonder if it depends on case by case basis. I did my code1 on Sep28. Hopefully some news soon.
