I was watching the emails arrive all of a sudden on my Outlook... I was nervous until I read the first mail. Then I saw the good news.

Congratulations! Why did your approvals take so long? My file was lost and case transferred to the wrong office because I changed my job and residence.

I think it was because of the name check. That was the AILA inquiry revealed.
