Hi All,

I called the US Senator’s office on Tuesday, Feb 15, and Senator’s office called Congressional liaison at the NSC right away. The NSC told Senator’s office:

My 485 is currently with the same officer who adjudicated my I-140. It should not take much longer to process. However, that person could not give me a specific time frame.

Not sure if it is a coincidence or not. Anyway, I got emails yesterday morning saying our cases (for my wife and my self) were approved on 2/17/2005. Please see my signature for my details.

I wish you all good luck!!!

Hi,visri5,

I updated my signature. As for senator's office, you may want to google by yourself, just because I don't know why you locate, and there are many senator's office in the state. Be sure to check both US senator and US congressman.

Good luck.

I have same question. Any suggestion?

I actually don't know, but it wouldn't hurt to try BOTH states, especially the state where you current live. It is senator office's job to help you out. However, Whether they are helpful or not depends on NSC.

Good luck!
