I am another "silent" visitor of this forum. I wanted to post with good news. I am happy to say that mine and my wife's I-485 applications have been approved.

Thanks to Mr Khanna for this wonderful forum and all the "experts" out there to cheer the "naive" ones.

Keep up the spirits. Your time will surely come - :)

Please share your thoughts on stamping appointments at Fairfax, VA Center. I am yet to get an appointment. It seems busy all the time.

CONGRATULATIONS. Could you please let us know if your case was filed in EB-2 Concurrent pilot program?
 
abc13 - look at my signature for dates.

bariquazi - it was not in the pilot program, just regular EB2 in VSC. I believe the pilot program is only in CSV so far and that too only for family based petitions. I could be wrong though.

Pilot prog, as I was informed by Maxim of this website, entails those applications filed in Spring this year and cases filed earlier than that are not accepted in pilot scheme and its also valid for TSC also. Anyway, you are really lucky and I must congrat you and your wife once again
