My I-485 has been approved. Received email 9:21PM yesterday. INS received my RFE response on 10/28/04 and LUD changed on 11/01/04 (RFE response received). After that I have been waiting for further LUD changes (even I posted msg regarding this), but LUD changed only after approval.
One more thing, be carefull with your attorneys. My attorney told me that he sent my RFE response on 09/xx/04, but he did not. I finally figured out that he didnt sent my RFE response after one month(no status updated). When I asked him about this, he said he was unable to track the FEDEX package(lost) and will send one more time.
Finally he sent RFE response once again(first time) on 10/27/04 and my status updated on 11/01/04.
