Hi All,
My case is approved today. I want to share this since I know many of you are in the same boat I was. I would like to take this opportunity to thank this forum esp Rajivji for providing such an excellent web site. I also want to thank people like Kashmir, SillyMan, 140_takes_4ever, etc for contributing their valuable time for the benefit of the others. Though I never posted on this site, I am a silent regular visitor to this site.
My journey started in Feb 2001. My labor got approved in Feb 2002
My I-140 was filed in March 2002 and 485 was filed in Nov 2002.
I used my AC 21 in March 2004. the new job salary is 20 percent more than the original stated salary. My first FP was Jan 2003 and my second FP was done on Aug 19th,2004. My final Approval date is Oct 4th 2004.
Though the LUD changed atleast five times, the status was never updated. Eventhough I got my approval notice, the online status still shows the old messages.
I personally wish you all the people who are waiting a very best of luck.

No. I did not do any inquires or faxes. Frankly, I took a philosophical approach by leaving the case take its own time.
