Thanks for every one. Or cases are approved.

We have waiting for this day so long.. My case is approved on AUG 27.
I called and gave our A# to local congressman for AP status check. Hopingthat they will approve our 485 cases. Today I recieved call from congressman office and he left a voice mail . Saying that you have VERY GOOD NEWS " .I thought they assigned our case to Adujsticator. But the Golden words they approved both the cases . I checked the website it still showing as " on oct 29,2002 we received ur finger print results .... " But after a while a rechecked my e-mail and status . .. Yes it is updated .

I praying my baba , to approved the case on my birthday, as gift , truely he gave me this as gift. Yes without his help i am just nothing .

RD is AUG 23,2002 and ND is AUG 27,2002 EB3/PA labor sub 140 mar 2002, AD july 2002



Good luck your cases will also approve. Waiting for approval letter.

Please let us know when you did your FP2 and did your LUD has any changes if you have tracked ?
 
my 2fp is aug 03,04 and LUD changed today morning at 9:45am , when i got a call from local congressman , there is no change but after 10:00 clock yes they changed the status.
 
This is really good news for few as we are now seeing Approvals for August 04 FP2.

Could you please tell me where did you do your FP2 ?

Could you please post which congressman you contacted? I'm thinking about contacting a local Pennsylvania congressman also.

I found the contact info at http://www.house.gov/gerlach/contact.shtml, but it has several phone numbers. So I'm not sure if I should call my county's phone number or the main office.

It depends on the area in which you live ??? I live chester county

Call one of the office and they guide you.
