Hello Friends,

Our 485 applications (Mine & my Wife's) have been approved yesterday. This web site is wonderful. Hang on guys yours is next. Here are our details.


August 1st 2001 Labor filed (VA).
Labor approved on 10 Jan 2003.
Con-current Filing of 485/140 RD: 3rd Mar 2003 ND: 29th Mar 2003
140, 1st set of EAD & AP approved some time in last week of April 2003
1st FP done: June 6th 2003 my self and July 8th for my Wife
2nd set of EAD & AP applied some time Last week of January 2004
2nd EADs approved on June 4th & APs on June 10th.

LUD Changed on 13th August. No status changed except showing that your FPs have been received on so and so date...

I was expecting this as my 2nd FP, as we are finishing 15 months next month.

Surprisingly this was our approvals.

EB2 or EB3

Congratulations!!!
It seems now they have started doing the straight forward cases of 2003 although their processing date is still Aug26 '02. May be they are clearing the cases whose finger printing is getting expired.

Is it EB2 or EB3??
 
Congratulations to you. I would like to see everybody kicked out of this forum. I mean get approved.
