Hoping your theory is true. I got my FP in about 4 weeks ( may 2003) after I applied I-140/485 concurrently. I am expecting FP2 in October.

Thanks for information but sorry to bother u a lot do u know if it changed recently or it was changed after u'r 2nd EAD approved or anything else. I m asking u sooo many question coz my dates r quite close to u'r ones so was just curious to know abt it. My LUD(on 485) is not yet changes though.

Also, I believe FP notices for cases with RD until March 03 were sent out within 2 or 3 months. And, the cases with RD after March 03, got their FP notices very late. So, early 2003 filers with FP done within 2 or 3 months of their RD are in good shapre.

Here's a kink in that theory... I was an earlier 2003 filer... my ND is Feb 12 2003. I never got an FP notice until Feb of 2004. Finally got my FP done in Mar 2004. So there are some unlucky ones like me whose RD/ND is before Mar 2003, but probably won't get approved until their next FP comes up sometime in another million years.
