Checked the status today morning... the emails from USCIS were sent at 12.02AM( midnight)

140 took one year then got transfered to Nebraska
485- RD/ND march 28 2002
fp may 16 2003

Changed adress twice. sent AR-11
RFE may 24 2004 for proof of legal status and EVL.
RFE ack july 7
approved - july 9.2004.

for proof of legal status: just submitted all photo copies of my visa stamping from passport , 1-94, H1 approval notices and eads.
And also wrote a small paragraph with all the dates( start - validTill ) and the Src#( where applicable ) and status for that periods and also placed all approval notices in the same order.
