Approved !!!!!

TSC 140 RD 4/28 - Still Pending

Hello All,

Really excited and happy to see cases being approved. But fail to understand how some cases (of my friend) with RD 4/28/03 still remains pending...C r a z y FIFO Rule...

Will_get_there: Dude, you are around the same time when I filed for I-140/485.. I am in the same boat ie no FP yet. Can you tell me what category you filed in and did you file concurrent??

Congrats on your I-140 approval. Which category did you File EB2/EB3?

I have also opted for CP and my ND for I-140 is OCt2003. YOur case gives me some hope.

Only my 140 is approved. 485 still shown as pending. The LUD for 485 is being shownas somewhere near the date they received mp FP Details.

Congratulations and appreciate the candid suggestions that might have helped.
Couple of questions..
1. How many days before the FP expiration date did you send the letter t TSC re the reminder that your FP would expire?
2. Did you send the letter or was it the lawyer and/or congressional staff on your behalf?
3. Would greatly appreciate if you can provide the complete letter (ofcourse taking out your personal details :)/
