I recieved emails from USCIS regarding our I-485 applications. Myself and my wife's applications have been approved. We have not recieved any approval letter in mail yet. Our details -

ND - April 2002
FP - May 2003
AD - June 1 st 2004
LUD - 06/03/2004 (mine LUD last changed on 04/28/2004)

Will update once I recieve the notice. Thanks to everyone on this forum. I have been a regular visitor for last few months.

Congratulations!!! It is very nice to see approvals as it is a pretty quiet week so far. It seems that TSC is definately working on April'02 cases. But whether all April'02 cased are getting touched very soon still remains unanswered. My ND is 4/12/02. So it's a happy and bitter feeling at the same time to see other April'02 cases getting approved.

Recieved courtsey copy in mail

We recieved our courtsey copy in mail today. Can we use this for passport stamping or do we need to wait for our original from lawyer?

We also recieved our advance parole today which were approved on May 17th. The LUD on I-485 did not change when they approved our advance parole. My LUD was APril 28th 2004 before it got changed on June 3rd when I-485 was approved. Looks like LUD only changes when a officer is working on I-485. It does not change when EAD or ADvance parole gets approved
