Yes....!!

I checked my status yesterday and it says my case has been approved on April 12, 2004.

For my wife, it says "On April 9, 2004, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case....".
I guess the RFE is for her medical. Not sure about it at this time.

Does anyone know how long it normally takes for the RFE to reach the lawyer ?

Is there any INS requirement that the stamping needs to be done at the same time for the Primary & Dependent
-or-
Can I get the stamping done first ?

Good sign for 02 filer.
I notice recently approved cases's FP dates are around 04/2003 regardless 01 or 02 cases. So anyone, if your FP is around that time, be prepared to receive good news.
