Looks like this week is going to be dominated by Feb'02 cases.
That's good for people with RD later than Feb'02, but ofcourse it leaves the Jan'02 and older cases panick. We can't help. BCIS does what ever it likes. Hopefully our petition reaches their desk and brings changes.

Thanks to Rajeev Khanna for this website, helped a lot during frustrating wait.

My story (I'm not good at writing so pardon my bad language skills):)

Came to US in 1997, worked for desi company for 3 1/2 years, didn't care about GC at that time. Then moved to different company in 2000 applied for GC in March 2001. LC approved in 5 1/2 months, 140 took 2 months then applied AOS (I485) in Feb 2002. After 2 EADs and APs approved on 08/20/03.:p

Congrats. One question if you do not mind. Why a lot of cases like yours have an almost one month date separation from RD and ND? Was the mailing room being painted or the shredder machines taken in?
