APPROVED - we can't believe it!!!

Just today I found out my case was approved after a long and stressful wait (08/25). What is amazing is that my wife's case which was filed 4 months after me was also approved with mine (they were able to link the 2 cases).

My details:

RD 12/5/01
ND 12/15/01
FP1 3/14/02
FP2 7/15/03
AD 8/25/03

No RFE!!!

Had filed Amended I-140 since company got sold during 485 stage.

Good luck to all those who are waiting!! I got great advice and support on this forum (thanks to all the selfless contributors). Thanks to Mr. Rajeev Khanna for a great service. I will be around to help in any way I can.

Lots of Congratulations on your approval.
Answers to the following 2 questions will be very helpful,
1) Can you please tell when did you get your 2nd FP notice (date, if you remember).
2) Have you gone for an early FP, if yes your location and what is the scheduled date for your 2nd FP in the notice.

I did go for an early FP2. The notice was issued on 7/10/03, I received it on 07/14/03 and went for FP2 on 07/15. What was unusual was that they actually updated the website on 07/18 saying that my FP2 results were received.

I am a southern MA resident, so I got my FP1 and FP2 notice for Providence, RI. They did give me some s**t because I went early, but they allowed me to do FP anyway. It was scheduled for 8/7/03.

greenland, thanks for the lawyer info (I am glad that I wont need it now, but I would have used it).
