when did you do your first FP

congratulations!! I am a ND Jun 2003 filer (WAC03199*)too. I just had my first FP on Aug, 31st. Your experience is very encouraging. When did you get your first FP and did you do it early? Are you concurrent filling? Mine is not. Please give us more detail information about your case if you don't mind.

Hi. klara2, may i know more details about your case.. like what was your status before approval? and when was the last updated date? when was your fingerprint notice?
as i have a similar 485 WAC 03-185 XXX with receipt date June 3, 2003. However, i never had fingerprint since last year. My 140 RD also June 3, 2003, only got approved in Aug 2004. ruiyu25.. i think we are in the same boat.
Hope such magic will happen to me.

20-Jul-01 - LC receipt notice received
18-Feb-02 - LC forwarded to DOL
3-Oct-02 - LC Approved
4-Nov-02 - I-140 RD
31-Mar-03 - I-140 Approved
24-Jun-03 - I-485 filed (WAC 03199***)
29-Dec-03 - First AP approved
12-Feb-04 - First EAD approved
15-Aug-04 - First FP done
26-Aug-04 - I-485 approved
20-Jun-01 - RIR/EB3 filed with SESA
20-Jul-01 - LC receipt notice received

For some odd reason all June 2003 cases are just starting to receive their first FP notices. My lawer's guess was that it might have something to do with some religious worker type of cases deadline in June 2003. Nobody knows for sure. Do not worry. You should be getting your FP notice soon. If you have not sent a fax enquiry then do so. My lawer sent two during last half a year.
