Hi,

I wanted to share the good news that my case got approved, however got an RFE for my wife's case. Waiting for the notice to see what for the RFE is raised.

This forum really helped us to see where we are.

I would like to thank everyone and particularly our BIG BOSS RAJIV , Silly Man, kashmir,140_takes_4ever who is helping this forum to a great extent.

Here is some info about my case.

Applied my 3rd EAD and AP and waiting for approval
NO RFE for me
RFE generated for my WIFE's case.

If it's an RFE (and not an interview), it can mean something simple. For example, my wife (derivative applicant) got an RFE for her 2nd AP document! All they wanted to see was a copy of our marriage certificate, which they already had, but sometimes it is less effort for them to generate an RFE for such a document than to pull the file and find what they need.

So keep your fingers crossed, it is probably just a request for simple documents.

Do you know what touch dates you had? When exactly was your case approved? Did your online message change?
