Received by USCIS on Dec. 29, 2003 per online status.

Just filed for third AP and just about to begin the process of reapplying for third EAD.

Stayed with same employer during the entire process.

courtesy copy recv'd 10/1

courtesy copy arrived in yesterday's mail. we had moved about a year ago so I was worried that it would go to old address even though we had updated our address. (2nd FP notice had been sent to old address and returned to CSC. CSC resent 2nd FP notice to new address once they received it from post office.)
