My Case has been approved. WAC-02-214-5XXXX.

RD : 06/21/02
ND : 06/24/02
LUD Changes: 06/09, 06/10, 06/15, 06/22, 06/23, 06/24, 07/13
EB3 Case/RIR/Non-concurrent

June 09, 2004: Received my 2nd FP; Schedule date was 07/24/04
June 12, 2004: Did an early FP at San Jose ASC
June 15, 2004: Online status showed 2nd FP received
June 22, 23, 24: LUD changes seen. Thereafter, no activity
July 13, 2004: Approval email's received
July 13, 2004: Online status also changed to "APPROVED"

Mine is one of the 6/22- 6/24 trickling case! I believe all, whose LUD got changed, are going to see approvals soon.

I wish all of you good luck on your speedy approvals.

Can you provide your 2nd FP details - I am curious as to how soon after your 2nd FP was your case adjudicated.
