Hi All

I checked the online today, My case was approved on 21st. My wife case also approved but my daughter case is still not approved. Please see the case history.

Applied I-485 ---Dec 2001
1st FP : Jan 2002

Changed job using AC-21

2nd FP : OCT 2003

RFE : w-2,EVL,tax and Paychecks issued on 31st 2003 , BCIS recived the response on 15th JAN (Answered my self)

Approved : 21st JAN

Can you shed light on how you have defended job change using AC21? Did u write any cover letter explaining AC21 ?

In my case,

My wife and I got approved first and six months later
my son got his approval.

no worry.
