Though we all had late FP we are one way lucky that we need not go through the pain of second FP.

We had only one FP, they missed a couple of days for sending out the FPs' so we had to call them atleast 3-4 times asking for FP and it came after 9 months!!

Other information:
With the same company for the last 3.5 yrs, and was another company for another 3 yrs previously. Had taken a 3-4 h1 transfers but did not join/use them. Came in on a B1 a couple of times in 96 and then got my H1, I had my H1 stamped in Toronto in 97. Had Canadian PR, for the last 3 years and my current empolyer in the meantime started this gc proccess.

And I have checked my status in all possible ways, phone, net etc.
My attorney would have called 3-4 times for the FP notices.

How similar are our cases.

1. I also came on a B-1 and then transfered to H-1, but had not got it stamped for 6 years, so could not go back to India till got the AP last year

2. My FP was also a lot late and finally took it in 09/2002

3. My RD, ND are simialr to yours

4. My luck maybe not that good as yours, but I can always hope for it.

5. Are you on an AP in India and when are you coming for stamping back
