I got my case approved today. Got 4 emails from USCIS. Details are below

Labor approval Nov 2002 (RIR)
Concurrent filing
I485/I 140 RD 01/29/03
I 140 AD May 2003
FP1 Feb 2003
FP2 Nov 2004
Applied for 3rd EAD and Advanced parole but got approved.
485 AD 02/14/05
No RFE and no LUD change ever during the journey.


The USCIS portfolio gives me good estimation of my case. I have seen the dates updated there for a week everyday and then finally got approved today.

I dont know what the PD is but my lawyer applied for labor in july 2002 and got approval in Nov 2002. Before applying for labor he advertised for about 3 months so the averall process takes about 7 months in labor certification.
I am from Pakistan and I dont think we are affected by backlogs of china india and other countries.
